LRNN CORPORATION, a public company with over 900 shareholders, operates a Licensing and ReNewal education Network. The LRNN network consists of real estate schools and the LRNN Real Estate Bookstore.

LRNN offers real estate licensing courses in Arizona and California through its real estate school subsidiary, ReNewal Education Corporation. ReNewal also offers continuing education courses in Arizona. Starting in January 2009, LRNN will begin offering licensing courses in Nevada.

The LRNN Real Estate Bookstore offers a complete line of real estate texts in the following categories:
  • Real Estate Principles and Law
  • Real Estate Investment
  • Real Estate Brokerage/ Management
  • Marketing Real Estate
  • Real Estate Math and Exam Preparation.
The LRNN course development staff prepares e-learning courses for presentation by its real estate school subsidiary and will contract with other providers for the development of e-learning courses. Harry V. Eastlick, the LRNN Chairman and CEO, along with the LRNN staff authored Arizona and Nevada Real Estate Principles textbooks.
